What you are booking
An hour of exclusive use of the studio and everything in it. You are hiring a room, not a class: nobody is teaching or supervising you, and you bring your own plan for the hour.
Who may book
Qualified Pilates instructors and instructors working through a certification. You are responsible for working within what you are trained and insured to do, and for anyone you bring with you.
Credits
Hours are bought as credits, and one credit is one hour. A membership includes a set number of credits each month. Booking two hours spends two credits. Credits belong to the member who bought them and are not transferable or refundable for cash.
Cancellations
Cancel in good time and the credit goes back to your balance. Cancel after the cut-off, or do not arrive, and the credit is spent: the hour was held for you and nobody else could book it. The cut-off is shown on the booking page and in your membership terms, and it is two hours unless the studio says otherwise.
Teaching your own clients
You may teach your own private clients in the studio during an hour you have booked. They are your clients, your insurance covers the session, and you are responsible for them while they are in the building.
Filming
You may film during an hour you have booked. Say so when you book, so the room is yours and nobody walks through a shot. Anything you film is yours. Please do not film another member without asking them first.
The studio and the apparatus
Use the apparatus as you were trained to. Set the springs, the bars and the stoppers back before you leave, and tell us the same day if anything is damaged or does not feel right. We may ask you to cover damage caused by using the apparatus in a way it is not meant to be used.
Resources
The videos, cheat sheets and study notes are for your own learning and teaching. You may print a sheet and use it with your own clients. Please do not resell them, publish them or pass them on to people who are not members.
Payment
Until card payments are connected, hours and memberships are arranged by email and paid by transfer. When card payments open, they are taken by Yoco on their own secure page.
Changes and closures
If the studio has to close for a day, affected bookings are refunded in credits and you are told as soon as we know.
