The Practice Hub

About

How this started

The Practice Hub was opened by a Pilates instructor in Cape Town who could not find anywhere to practise between clients.

Her story, in her words

[Founder to send]

The founder is writing this part. It covers where she trained, what she was doing before Pilates, and the point at which teaching stopped being a side thing.

Why a studio for instructors

[Founder to send]

Why the gap exists: qualified instructors and people still in training need apparatus time, and studios are full of classes. The paragraph says what she kept running into, and what she decided to do about it.

What she wants the room to be

[Founder to send]

The part about the people, not the equipment. Who she wants in the room, what a good hour in it looks like, and what she means by supporting instructors in training.

The short answer

Who it is for

Qualified instructors who want apparatus time, instructors in training working towards their exams, and teachers who need a room to see a private client or rehearse a class in. If that is you, the studio is open by the hour.
