The Practice Hub is one fully equipped Pilates room: a Cadillac, reformers, mats and props. Instructors and instructors in training book it by the hour to practise repertoire, teach their own private clients, rehearse a group class before they run it, and film. Study resources sit alongside the room, so the hours you put in have something to point at.

Who the room is for

An hour is exclusive. Nobody else is booked into the room while you are in it, which is the whole point of practising somewhere other than a studio full of classes.

What you get
